"I was thinking it was a crap shoot to hire this company to do appliance repair since it looks like their bread and butter business is HVAC. The gal on the phone assured me that they have been repairing appliances for over 25 years. My gas oven wasn't working but the range worked fine. I gave them the oven model number and asked them to have parts on hand so that they didn't have to go get parts.They came out, fixed the oven and was out in about 25 minutes. They were polite, professional, courteous. They also called me before coming out as promised and showed up on time. He even told me there is an internet coupon and he would just apply it even though I didn't physically have the coupon printed or even knew about it. That was nice! I would hire them again.

The office immediately scheduled a plumber to come out to my home. My plumber Doug checked out the water heater, gave me a quote, then started the replacement job.
