"Very grateful for such an easy and pleasant experience when I suddenly found my very old hot water heater leaking all over the basement floor on a Sunday evening. I did a quick panicked search and thankfully Arctic answered my call and put me at ease with a quote for a replacement and an install appt for first call the next morning. "I have used the services of Rich, "The Friendly Plumber" for the past 15-20 years after he was recommended by a friend. He has unclogged a really stubborn drain, installed toilets, replaced a water heater, identified the source of a hidden leak, replaced bathroom faucets, etc. Rich is professional, reliable, and yes, he really is friendly. I highly recommend his service, you won't be disappointed."

"Joe responded to my inquiry in a timely fashion where other plumbers I called never responded. I had leaky pipes from a floor install that left my utility sink and toilet unusable. Joe squeezed me into his schedule the next day and showed up with a new toilet and sink. He and his partner installed them in record time. They cleaned up everything before they left and the price was reasonable! I used him again the following week to install a garbage disposal and had the same experience. I highly recommend Joe from 2 Guys Plumbing & Heating! (Joe was super nice and respectful to boot!)"
