"Air conditioning in one zone stopped working over very hot weekend.  Called three companies to get a quote on possibly replacing both zones before I spent money on repairing a 17+ year old unit.
Diamond was the first company with availability.  Before they came over to give a quote, Bob called to ask me a few questions about the nature of the problem.  He speculated over the phone of what the problem might be and what the cost of fixing it would be.
He arrived for the appointment at the appointed time and proceeded immediately to fix the unit while talking to me about an estimate to replace both zones (2 systems).  He spent extra time hunting down an electrical connection issue in the unit and when done, checked out the flow readings of the system.
$258 dollars fixed the problem.  Since I had scheduled him for a quote, he offered to remove the new part that he had just installed or I could leave it in and if I decided to buy a new system, they would credit the repair of this unit back against it.  I elected to have him leave the fix in place.
Bob quoted me an exceptionally good price per unit for a quality Lennox system.  In fact a competitor who came the following day said that he wanted to see a copy of a written quote because Diamond's price was too good.
Although I've decided for the time being to not replace both systems, I would select Diamond Heating and Air in a second!

"I scheduled an air conditioner tune-up with Roy O. Cook and Sonny came out on the scheduled date and time. He did a thorough job of testing the compressor, cleaning the coils and measuring the air flow. I have a 4-ton unit and his meter showed my a/c unit was only performing at about 2.5 tons. After cleaning the coils and making adjustments, he was able to increase the efficiency to 3.7 tons. This is a significant improvement which equates to my a/c unit performing better when the hot weather eventually kicks in. Roseville Electric currently has a program that provides a $75 rebate towards a comprehensive tune-up. Sonny did an outstanding job and I'll definitely hire them again."

"Her name is Laura Costello and I think that it is just one lady who works by herself. I got her off Angie's List and she is very professional and very nice. She was quick and came right out and I didn't have to wait or anything. I had an issue a couple of years back and the man sent by my home warranty company had quoted $600 to do the job. I had put it off since I didn't have the money at the time. I called this lady to get another estimate and she came out and looked at and said that it wouldn't cost anything. She said that it would be $49 for them to do a tune-up and that I could perhaps call them in the spring. I haven't called them yet but I thought that was great. I would give her the highest ratings on everything. I am going to have her come and do the job."

"Furnace ran without trouble while Eric was here. He inspected it and ran tests, found nothing wrong. Charged us only for the visit, and didn't try to sell us any kind of additional services. But he provided a quote for a new unit in case the noise returned and we wanted to replace the furnace, which is 20 years old.
