The company handled all permits and scheduling the county inspector to come and clear the job. It completely cleared up the leaking problem in the basement, and the foundation is good for the rest of the house's live. They cleaned up really well, there was no dust problem, and in the area they dug a trench, they even reseeded the lawn with grass seed. We were very happy with the work and feel like we are safe from any more foundation problems."

"First of all, Roger Roten, the B'Dry sales rep was great. Presented their product and their capabilities well and provided very prompt support after the contract was signed. I did the prep work (taking down drywall, etc.) and he responded to my email questions quickly after any inquiry. They scheduled the job for 5/13/2016 and said they would arrive between 8 and 10 AM. Received a call from their installation lead man at 8 am that day to tell me they were coming from Greensboro, NC and would be their by 10. They arrived at 9:45 and immediately went to work. The team included 3 men with "David" acting as the lead man. In looking at the materials that they were to install, it was obvious that everything was high quality; high gauge steel, impressive sump pump, etc. They finished the job and left around 7 pm that day. They did a good job of cleaning up the site before leaving. One thing that really impressed me was that there was no concrete dust all over every thing from the jackhammers. They put up plastic sheeting throughout the basement and covered all furniture and wall hangings. In addition, they used a large fan with flexible plastic tubing to suck the dust to outside. They were careful in their work and nothing was damaged in the finished basement. When they tested the sump pump, the water came out of the basement at a prodigious rate. I believe one could have put a couple of hoses into the sump hole, run them at full blast and the pump would have easily kept up with the water volume coming from those hoses. Their price was not the lowest, but I think it was a fair price given the quality of the materials, workmanship and the accompanying guarantee."

"This is a follow up to my first review that I submitted just after the service was complete. <br /> 7 months later and I couldn't be happier... <br /> At first I gave Aqueduct a good review because not only were their prices better but the hardware and materials included were higher quality than the other providers. <br /> WIth Aqueduct I got a top rated Zoeller sump pump, Zoeller battery backup pump and 5000PSI concrete. The competitors used 3500PSI concrete and generic pumps.  <br /> SInce the job was complete, my basement has stayed bone dry. We've had some torrential downpours over the past few months that were way worse than what was flooding my basement before. <br /> John also went out of his way to add a backup channel drain by the back door that he did not charge me for. This drain has definitely saved my basement on more than one occasion. The main drain at the back of the house has gotten clogged several times with leaves and yard debris. Without the channel drain, the water would have backed up against the back door and flooded the basement.  <br /> I've had John come back out one time since the work was done because I thought water may have been getting in in one spot. Over the phone he thought it may have been caused by something unrelated but he still came out without hesitation and sure enough, it was unrelated.  <br /> Many providers promise that kind of service before you sign the check and but never deliver once you hand it over. <br /> Aqueduct has delivered.  <br /> I couldn't be happier and I have already and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work done. <br />"

"Went great as usual.  Steve and Joey are my primary contacts for any type of remodeling work I need done.  In this case, they made some improvements to my detached garage.  The overall plan was changed several times prior to commencement of work, but that did not appear to cause them any difficulty.  Work was performed accordingly, and in their typical detail-oriented manner.  <br /> One unforeseen issue occurred with regard to installing the new soffit, but Steve was able to quickly provide a reasonable solution with very little additional cost."

"Flooring and plumber contractors did really good work.  The drywall/painting team worked hard and fast; they did an excellent job on the drywall, but the paint had drips left in many areas.  Easy enough for me to fix, but annoying when you have professionals come out.  Overall I was really happy with the service they provided. <br />"
