"Very Professional, from the Salesman to the Office personnel. I was told there would be a foreman on the site to oversee work to be completed, there was none. When the install tech cut into my supply line, vice running a separate drain line as I was instructed would happen, instead of a supervisor or other responsible person, a second tech was sent to assist with the install. NOONE from the company reached out to me in reference to the mistake that was made and no compensations were offered. When I reached out to my sales rep, I was instructed the production team is handling it. That was it. The install tech resolved the issue (that he created) and was very apologetic and cleaned up everything before leaving for the day and made sure everything was back to normal and working. The first dehumidifier that was installed did not work. I had to wait another day for a second, new, dehumidifier to be installed. In the end, a one day install took 3 days (five if you include Sat and Sun) but everything is installed and working correctly, it appears. With the mistakes that were made, The company has a very good reputation and I would not judge just on one job, but things do happen. Everyone is very polite and professional and will answer questions if you ask. No one wants to deal with mistakes obviously. I would recommend, however. This company did the previous install on my house (prior to my purchase of it) and it is a very good quality install."

"Excellent service provided, before I called pure water filtration services my current well water system was inefficient, low water pressure, hot water running out with two hot showers, fluctuating water hardness. Mr. Williams recommended the perfect system based on what we were desiring. After the install our water increased exponentially, we even have enough pressure to run an irrigation system on the new system. I no longer have to maintain the filters any more it’s self cleaning. The only maintenance is adding solar salt every 3 months. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a well trained plumbing/well specialist . Mr. Williams also schedules bi yearly visits to check and make sure the system is performing properly or as needed! Since this initial visit, I had them do other services such as installing plumbing for finishing my basement, well cap modification to prevent water from entering below grade well head cap."

"Outstanding service. DId what they said, When they said they would, the way they said they would, did all of this slightly under the estimate that was given before the work. I don't know what they could have done to make it better (other than not charge me !!!). When I called them with questions or concerns after the service was complete and paid in full, they responded quickly and answered my questions. A real first rate business. The business owner, who did much of the work and personally supervised the job, even explained what they were going to do ahead of time, and why they do things the way they do."

"He and his crew came and did the job in under two hours. They cleaned up after themselves.   They seemed very knowledgeable and experienced dealing with the kind of sump pump I had installed, which is a newer sump pump (water powered back up sump pump).  They did a good job."

"The crew arrived on the date/time promised. They were polite, professional, and worked non-stop (except for 2 short breaks and lunch). Because of my landscaping, the crew determined the best way to get to the bottom of the foundation was to dig a hole—24” x 8’. It was truly impressive—perfectly squared off. They sealed the wall, replaced the dirt, and replaced decorative stone. They then installed a 50’ French drain—trenching, refilling the trench, and removing excess debris. The crew worked as a team, did a top-notch job, and left the job sites better than they found them. It took them 4 days—and they never wavered from an extraordinary work ethic. That was last week. This week? We’ve had torrential downpours and flooding—but my basement and garage are dry. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat."

"They waterproofed my crawlspace. They arrived late the morning they started the work, not a problem with me since it was an all day job. there was a misunderstanding about what work was to be done, so we had to contact salesperson and he came by our home to discuss. I ended up having to pay an additional $700 to get the complete job. they also were unable to get the sump pump plugged in to my outlet, so I will have to get electrician to come and add another electrical plug in. I am pleased with the work that they did, but the jury is still out account I have not needed the sump pump due to the fact we have not had any water leaks. So, if I can be critical about anything, I would say they oversold there product, meaning Im not sure I needed what I bought. Time will tell?"
