"I had an issue with removing my clothes washer connections from the fixtures. I had to contact a plumber and I decided on Plumbing Innovators due to the excellent service I received from them in the past. Two technicians came (Parker and Matt L) and they removed the old washer lines, installed new ones, and tested things. They also were so kind as to provide me with water leak detector (for free) because they noticed that I had a VERY old water heater too (over 32 years old and still kicking). I was so surprised that I gave them both big hugs. They were so kind and delightful to talk to. I can't say enough about them. I hope I don't need them in the future but if I do I'll definitely call Plumbing Innovatgors."

"AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency. "Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

"Shawn has came out twice to my house through my Home Warranty company. He has always been professional, on time, and always very communicative. The first time was to repair an external water line and got me up and running with water as quickly as possible. Then, my water heater was leaking and he came out on 4/18/20 and gave me a full breakdown on how the installation will work, about warranties, and set me up a time to come on Monday 4/20/20. He messaged me later on Saturday and said he wanted me to have hot water quickly so asked if he could come on Sunday. I told him that would be great. He called me to let me know when he was an hour away. Him and his co-worker came in and had me installed in a very quick turnaround. They cleaned up and explained and made sure I was satisfied. Would definitely recommend."

"I sincerely did not have a problem with the professional service per se, the technician was professional prompt on time, and knew what he was doing. On Dec 9, 2020, it took him about 30 minutes to figure out the problem and found the unit is still under warranty. He ordered the part and told me once the part is received, I will be contacted to schedule replacement. I called the office they did not call me. They were quick in responding and replaced the part on Dec 19. Cost is my main issue. They wanted $119.95 for diagnosis fees which WILL NOT be considered a part of the final repair fees. I believe it’s not a good business not to tell the client beforehand how much you will charge as service fees, they did not. Only after they diagnosed it. After a discussion with the technician, he talked to the office and the service fee was forfeited. The part replacement cost was $403! It took less than 30 minutes, 25 to be exact, to replace. Not sure how the rate of this charge is justified. I was told about the $403 charge right after the first visit but did not have a choice at that point. With all due respect, I understand, as explained to me, they have more overhead budget more than mom and pop shops. I still believe this total repair should not have been more than $250 at the most."

"They came in, said "we can replace the hose, but if the bolt is rusted and goes, you'll need to replace the water heater. " They got the bolt off and saved us a lot of money."
