I was surprised to get an appt. within a few days of my call. Nick was the tech who responded. He explained everything step by step through his visit. He spent an hour looking over the entire unit rather than suggesting a "quick fix" like the previous repairman. They showed up early on several occasions, and moved our propane gas feed when our gas company changed the location of our propane tank, all inclusive. Once there I pay for it (prices are very reasonable), they answer any questions I have, and they even have one of the guys load the heavy buckets into my trunk for me.
