"My washer was making a loud noise and wasnâ t draining properly. I called Mr Appliance to service my washer. Appointments was made easy thru the phone. I received a call and confirmation notification of the appointment time which was next day ( within 24 hrs ). As the apt time came closer I received a call and notification of exact time and a picture of the repair person so I knew exactly when and who was coming to my house. Mr Tomasâ s arrived exactly when he said he would. Diagnosed the issue when I explained what was going on . Explained what he found and what needed to be fixed, told me what the approx cost would be, checked to see if part was on his truck, I approved repair he did it in an hour. Very professional friendly and thorough all through the process. Highly recommend this company. Special thanks to Loren and mr Tomasz for their excellent customer service! "We recently needed our Bosch Dishwasher to undergo some serious repair work. Bad hoses, some new parts for the pump and it all had to be done with it removed from its little cubby hole under the kitchen counter. Replacing the 4-year-old dishwasher was not a financial option. This, low decibel, (40) model, sells in the vicinity of too much. $1400 plus. It is extremely quiet, very efficient, and appreciated, considering our family TV viewing area is basically in the same room, the Family Room being open to the Kitchen Area. I contacted three appliance services. Only one responded. Russel’s Appliance Service. In this case the “right” one. We set up an appointment, he was right on time. The estimate for repair, parts replacement and labor was exceptionally reasonable and well within the scope of practical. That was after nearly three labor hours to remove the unit. With a tremendous amount of efficiency, cautious and careful manipulation, and a couple of bushels of patience he was able to get the dishwasher out. The cabinet installers did not correctly attach it to the cabinets, and it was installed by the previous owners before the hardwood flooring was installed in the kitchen. Meaning it sat on the subfloor. Which made it quite a task to remove. Parts had to be ordered and two trips later Mr. Russell, again delving into those patience bushels, was able to make the necessary repairs and re-installed the dishwasher into its cubby hole…correctly. If you need service or repair work, dishwasher in our case, we would not hesitate to contact it needed for stove or refrigerator, you need to call Russel Appliance Service."

"I had a great experience with Mr. Eddie Watkins, the owner of this company. After I accidentally damaged my TV, I hesitated for four months about getting it fixed because I didn't know how much it would cost. I'm sorry that I waited so long to call a repair person because my experience with Mr. Watkins was great.  He was able to come to my house on the same day that I called, which was very convenient.  When he didn't arrive or call 30 minutes after the appointment time, I had to call him to make sure he was still coming.  He was delayed at a previous appointment, which I didn't mind, but I would have appreciated him giving me a call to let me know.  This is why I gave him a B in punctuality.  Once he arrived at my house, Mr. Watkins diagnosed the problem and repaired the TV efficiently and quickly. He was careful with the handling of the TV and use of tools inside my house.  Overall, I was very satisfied with the at-home service and quality of the work and would recommend Mr. Watkins for TV repair services.

"I looked for a/c repair on a Sunday, not expecting any replies. To my surprise, Clark Forbes not only replied but said he would be able to come out later in the day. He kept in communication to let me know approx. time of arrival. he came out and got it running. my central a/c is 51 years old with no parts ever replaced. It still had some issues that could not be solved without additional parts likely needed. he checked on parts available for such an old unit the next day as promised. he kept in communication all the next day and discussed what direction I wanted to go with such an old unit. we agreed that if it quits in the future we might continue with parts, but would have to evaluate the rational cost of fixing a 51-year-old unit /versus replacement. I would recommend his services to anyone and his quick response and constant communication were wonderful in this day and age of people not getting back to you."
