"Spectacular. The agent that called me was very helpful in getting an appointment set up and the installer arrived before the window I was given and finished both jobs in less than 30 min."

"Sierra Vista Glass is the best! They really helped me out with a mirror I needed and gave me top notch excellent customer service. They truly went above and beyond. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They are now definitely our go-to place for all our glass related needs and we will highly recommend them to everyone we know. "Understandably, because of the condition and age of the house, this was a long process--August through the end of October. We trusted Mr. Gillam so much that we were not on site during the renovation, but he was always accessible and responsive on the phone. This was basically a Lowes and Home Depot project. We made decisions on items at our local stores in Colorado, and Mr. Gillam would then buy them in Arizona. When it was time to select finishing touches, we showed up. Everything we had selected via phone, etc.was in the house and in the process of being installed. This project was a leap of faith on a lot of levels--old house, not being on site, not having worked with the contractor before, but it was a great success. About a month after we moved in, Mr. Gillam returned and fixed a small number of things from his projects as well as repairing some things that had surfaced as issues not related to the renovation. We absolutely recommend Mr. Gillam and Gillam Enterprises. Integrity. Quality work. Great commitment. Great person."

"I wish I had used these people earlier. I ordered a part for my dryer and was able through their instructional video to fix it myself. Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way. LOL I may have cut myself through my own stupidity but I did it. it was easy and I did not have to pay a repair man for a simple fix. Thank you so much!"

"The job went very well. They arrived on time both for the measurements and assessment and for the actual installation. Both were friendly and professional. Everything was cleaned up when they finished. Installation was done perfectly."

"Everything went well.  We worked together as the project moved along and we saw changes to be made.  The plumber and the electrician both found problems left behind by the builder and fixed them.  We created not just bathrooms but visual statements.  Trying to work with colors is always a chore but we made trips to the business and Scott made trips here to be sure everything would go together.  Vanities were custom-designed to add much-needed storage that vanities don't typically have.  Skilled workers completed various phases of the project.  They were each very nice, answered questions, and asked for our input along the way.  At all times we had one functioning bathroom.  The project took a bit longer than expected, however, everything was done before the holidays except a couple of small items that were finished on January 2.  Although stressful at times because the unexpected popped up, we would call upon Scott who never disappointed because he made things happen. We would work with Sierra Remodeling again and recommend them highly for their knowledgeable, friendly personnel who pay attention to details and respect the homeowners.  Although the price may seem a bit high -- we once again have quality work and materials -- exactly what we wanted and the rooms are beautiful.  Thanks to all for the miracles they performed! <br />"

"We found Palace of Glass paneling products as we were finishing remodeling our house and were looking for some final accents for murals and doors. We ordered several decorative glass panel that we inserted into existing frames. The size matched exactly, we enjoy those textured designs on the daily basis. I would buy from them again. <br />"

"Should be called Triple Pain.  The best thing they do is marketing.  Before we had them replace our windows we had no water leakage into our house. Now when we have a monsoon storm we've got water pouring in.  Have been calling them for several months now and while the woman who answers the phone is very pleasant, nothing gets fixed.  They are too busy with new business to stand by their warranty. <br /> <br /> Update: <br /> After having the house repainted the window leaks stopped.  I think the installation and subsequent expansion and contraction of the window frames caused cracks in the stucco which were not readily visible.  I would recommend that anyone having these windows installed should consider having their house repainted sometime after the installation.  I'm not sure how long after installation would be ideal. <br /> <br /> We are still very happy with the quality of the windows, especially the noise reduction benefit."

FAQs for new windows service projects in Colorado City, AZ

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
