"I was not happy with their determination on my heater they came by my home within a reasonable time he catched my heater they determine my motherboard went out and needed to be replaced what cost me about eight hundred dollars i asked the person to check thermostat that I put in myself to make sure I wired it correctly they said that was not the problem a month went by i decided to reset the thermostat myself I rewired it and what do you know my heater works the main motherboard did not have to be replaced next time a customer asks to check the thermostat instead of telling the customer that is gonna cost you eight hundred dollars to replace something that was not broke i'm a very dissatisfied customer "

My cat got stuck in the ventilation system and he not only helped come up with a plan to get her out but executed it with precision in a timely manner. He called in backup and a second employee was there in a jiffee with the tools to complete this job. We were able to locate her and safely get her out and back to freedom and treats!
