"Save your time on 2nd opinions, this is your heating and cooling company! We had 4 different companies come out to give us a quote for our job and Julian quickly stood out as the best option! His prices were very competitive with the other companies that came by but what really sold us was the customer service! Julian came out on his day off just to walk through our home and give us a quote. He sat on the couch for an hour and answered all of my questions. Not once did he get frustrated or impatient. After we accepted his quote he was in there the very next day to start the work. All of the work was professionally done and completed that same day. We were out of town during his work but Julian communicated with us the whole time and sent us pictures of the work when he was done. "He did a good job. But of course he didn’t do the estimate. That was done by Cory. A typical hourly rate for electrical work is $150 per hour and $200 even for emergency services. This wasn’t an emergency but even if we use that rate I should get a refund of $800."

"I cannot explain how amazing this company is. The OWNER came out to my house at 3 am for an emergency call to help rescue a family pet. My cat got stuck in the ventilation system and he not only helped come up with a plan to get her out but executed it with precision in a timely manner. He called in backup and a second employee was there in a jiffee with the tools to complete this job. We were able to locate her and safely get her out and back to freedom and treats! I again cannot thank the staff and Owners of this amazing business enough for what they did for me and my family today!"

"Let me start by saying that this was not an easy experience. Our furnace is not easily accessible in the crawlspace. However, Ernie and his son handled it well. I originally hired Ernie because we wanted a furnace tune-up. Just a simple replace the filter and do a quick cleanup procedure. Well...as it turned out, we ended having to replace almost the entire system as Ernie quickly discovered that the previous install was done in a very shoddy, cheap and even dangerous manner. Ernie worked with us through the purchase and finance process and afterwards, he and his son worked late into the nights to get our furnace up and running. It took a few tries and even some additional visits back, but Ernie was true to his word and the job was done right. Would highly recommend this business. Hard to find people with integrity, knowledge and also hard work ethic. 10/10 would recommend. "
