"Greg was very informative and had pictures of the products available to replace my old roof. He matched the shingles to a more recent shed that was built which was great. Responds promptly to text and kept me informed through the entire process. The crew working on my roof were very polite, hard working and you’d never know they had been to my house. "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"I had no dryer vent. I just had a hole in the wall. No. He wasn't fixing it. He came out to clean the dryer vent, and there was no dryer vent. I found out I got a structural problem. I got to fix. I thanked him, and he went his separate ways. The guy was suppose to refer me to an handyman, but he never did. They didn't really do any work. "

"It was fine. The original design didn’t meet my needs based on the information I provided them. However, they revised the plans which worked out better for me. They were able to get the first draft to me pretty quickly."

"Everything was great! We lost our shop and part of our home several yrs ago to a house fire. We called Mr Greenway and he sprung into action immediately to see that everything was handled correctly. From the beginning till the keys were handed to us, he was more than willing to go out of his way for us. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
