"Horrible service. Although the product defects do not reflect the company, the follow up and customer service were HORRIBLE! The owner, Donald, accused me of "squeaking" because I questioned things. Also, I was accused of having them come out to my house for NO Reason! I spent about $12,000.00 for mini splits and a hybrid hot water heater in the fall of 2022. Sensors have repeatedly been defective on the mini splits. Once again, not the owner's fault, HOWEVER, POOR follow up. Then the annual cleaning was due and I was quoted a price. Upon completion, I was charged $60.00 MORE for the can of cleaner! That should have been part of the original quote, as my husband had been diagnosed with a terminal illness since all this and we are on a fixed budget! NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! As of this review, I have been told that I will be refunded the $60.00 for the can of cleaner........holding my breath!"

"I was up in the attic a few months ago and slipped and stepped on the ceiling of my daughters room.  A good quarter of the ceiling needed repair.  Having had Chris fix some water damage on my ceiling previously, I knew just who to call for this job,  Just as before, Chris and his team were prompt,cleaned up after themselves, did great  quality work in the repair. "Quality of workmanship was superior. They said they would treat our home as their own and they certainly did that. Thorough, responsive to our questions and Express Painting did everything they promised they would do. They were also exceptionally clean and created no dust from a lot of interior sanding. "Frank was a true professional. He arrived one evening and quoted me a price on the spot to paint the interior of my house. He didn't have waste any time. When I asked him for references, he was quick to provide them without hesitation like other contractors. Frank informed me that he would start painting at 8:00am and he arrived on time. Him and his crew worked to make small repairs to the plaster ceiling and walls before painting. I admired how he prepped the first day by taping the floors to minimize paint on the floors. The next day when he actually began painting I could see the difference in the one room he painted immediately, and I knew that I made the right choice hiring him. Frank communicated well and often throughout the project. He also provided ideas on paint colors and finishes. When the project was near completion, I expressed to Frank how some areas needed to be touched out and he did it with no resistance. I would definitely hire Frank and his team again for my painting and other projects. Thank you for bring life back into my 1922 Colonial!"

"Justin did a great job at our home. The demolition work was a big job followed by preparing the new floor, installing and grouting new tile and adjusting several doorways. Justin was always on time and always prepared for the day's work. He was very clear what work would be completed each day and always kept our interests in mind to make sure we were as comfortable as possible living in our home while he was working.
