"We had what was thought to be clogged grey water lines (previous plumbers diagnosis). When they started backing up again we found Mr Clement through Service Magic. Mark called soon after we put in our request and was promptly on time. After looking at our problem he advised us that the drain pipes were in fact septic lines, diameter was too small, and had been improperly installed. Though he would be willing to clean out the pipes, the better long term permanent solution was to redo that portion with new pipes and bring it up to code. 5 hours labor and 300$ materials for a total of 800$ which I think is middle of the road in pricing. Mr Clement was curteous, professional, and explained everthing. No more backups or sewer smell and the installation looks great. We have added his name to our list of phone numbers in case we have other plumbing work that needs to be done and would recommend him to our friends and neighbors."

"I hired Michael's Plumbing to fix a toilet that was constantly running. After they performed the initial repairs on 02/13/2018 (replacing various parts) the problem persisted. My tenant called them and they returned twice but the problem was not fixed. My tenant and I called at least 5 times and no one called us back until I posted negative reviews. After that, someone called and advised that the toilet is old and can't be repaired and they would replace it with a newer model toilet at no additional cost. They apologized for the failure to communicate this information. The new toilet was installed on 04/28/2018 and so far it is working great."

Calls later in the day saying they could be there eariler - and they actually did the work without me even being there which saved me a lot of stressful driving. Repair appears to be working perfectly and don't think the cost was out of line. Was offered a couple different options to repair. 60 year old house, so to have a pipe crack and be repaired for under 300... I think a reasonable deal for sure. "Jeff from RaiseCrete from Foundation Repair Pressure Grouting came to the condo as scheduled and did a thorough examination of the problems both inside and out. It was determined that the foundation had cracked and needed to be reinforced. They had to remove a portion of the deck covering the area on the slope in order to hand excavate down to the existing footer and 18 inches beyond that to determine the number of and length of Stabi-Loc push piles needed. These were ordered and installed. Then engineered footer mounts were mounted to existing footers and the foundation was raised back as close to original elevation as possible to stabilize. The excavated areas were filled in and compacted down. The deck portion that was removed was replaced. Also Geo-tile was installed on the slope under the deck and extensions were installed on the gutter downspouts in that area to help with erosion control on the slope. The cracks on the exterior brick were repaired as were the cracks in the interior wall sheet rock. The work was done as scheduled and in a timely matter. The work area was cleaned up very well. Two other estimates were gotten. Raise Crete's price was in the middle of the other two quotes but included more services that would have been needed. Both the condo owner and the HOA were very satisfied with the results and would use Raise Crete again."
