"We recently moved into our home and wanted to have about 2/3 of the 3500 sqft home painted. Blue Sky had come up on our neighborhood message board so we decided to call for a quote. Joe was very responsive and set up a time to provide a quote within a few days. The quote was detailed, included everything (paint, supplies, etc) and was under other quotes we received. Once scheduled, Joe and his crew showed up early and worked quickly, finishing in just under two days. They took care of everything, we didn't have to do any prep work, furniture moving, or fixture removal. We could not be happier with the results! "It was excellent, I would trust Tim for any other work on my house when needed. Tim’s a professional you can trust. For anyone who hasn’t had home repair, you will need to pay for materials up front, usually 15 percent to 35 percent depending on cost. The remainder due upon completion. Tim is competitive on pricing and will work with you if you have to work. I trusted him to be at my house for several days by himself while I was not there and working. Be weary of other companies who bid on jobs without actually coming out and seeing what needs to be repaired, Tim was one of the few who took the time to come out and accurately price the job with no surprises, everything was up front before he started the job and nothing changed as far as scope of work or price. AAA+ work, I’d recommend him to any friend or family."

"I hired Sparky to complete 4 pressure washing/sealing projects in April 2020. One of those projects was pressure washing, resanding, and sealing my paver patio. He completed all 4 jobs but with 3 days the rain washed away the sand between the pavers (which shouldn’t happen). I sent him pictures of the wash out and he promised to fix it. I contacted him every week or two to see when he could fix the patio. He finally sent someone out in July (3 months later) to resand the patio. The worker returned two days later to seal the patio. It rained in those two days and washed out the sand again so he did not seal it. I contacted Sparky to see when the patio could be fixed/finished. He said he would be back out the next week. By late August, Sparky had stop responding to my texts. I asked him for a partial refund for the portion that related to the patio. He responded and said he would be out next week to resand and seal again. It is now October (6 months later) and he never showed or followed up with me. I’m disappointed I paid for a job that was not completed and now I have to pay someone else finish this job."
