They provided an honest estimate which included all of the necessary work and delivered the work without surprises. I researched many other companies and found that many, if not most, were deceptive in their bidding practices. Most sent out a sales representative whose primary purpose was to "up-sell" what I asked for or for what I needed. These companies were often as much as 100% higher priced than what I finally paid. "I found out this morning that my supply line from the water meter was broken. After several competitors couldn't fit me in for days, I called BFP and they got me on today's schedule, so I wouldn't be without water. Gary was awesome, he explained the situation based on what he feared the issue was (needed to replace whole supply line into the house from the road). Turned out to me much less serious (existing line could be repaired). He wasn't pushy about add-ons and didn't try to scare me into doing more than was necessary, which is rare for service techs nowadays. The repair was still very expensive, but I didn't have time to shop around for low-ball bids, I was without service. I'd still recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and even more strongly recommend requesting Gary, he was awesome."

Both times he was very thorough and detailed about what he was going to be doing step-by-step through the repair process, and often would ask if I had any questions or concerns for him, to make sure that I understood exactly what he would be doing. He kept my kitchen space, very neat and clean during his work, and after as well. "Solid, reliable, expert service!!! Last April, at a time when it seemed we would not be able to get a dishwasher fixed, we called All Better Appliance. What seemed like an unrepairable condition for the dishwasher was diagnosed quickly, and parts ordered. Along with the expert diagnosis, was needed guidance that the dishwasher was worth fixing. A few days later, the part arrived, we were called, and Bruce returned. The repair was done quickly, and affordably. More recently, our clothes dryer had a serious problem. A control module malfunctioned, and nearly started an electrical fire. Again we called All Better Appliance, and asked for Bruce. They were very responsive, and had Bruce there the next day. Another fix or replace decision had to be made. With appliance availability to purchase very limited, fixing seemed to be our quickest option. The part for repair, although delayed by a day, arrived the day before we were traveling. Bruce extended his day to accommodate our repair and fixed the dryer allowing us the chance to finish packing clean clothes. Thanks to All Better Appliance and Bruce for exemplary and timely service at both times we really needed it. Highest recommendation!"

"I spoke with Mark over the phone and told him about the leak i had (symptoms, what i saw, etc) and he determined it may had been a valve that needed a simple tightening..he walked me through fixing it myself over the phone!! It was amazing. So far the leak has stopped, but if it starts again, or if i ever need plumbing service, Rapid Response will be the first call i make! Mark was truely professional, courteous, HONEST, and selfLESS...which is hard to find these days."
