Two and a half hours later they had removed my old one, replaced a funky valve on the gas line, put a new valve on my furnace humidifier, delivered and set up a new water heater and were cleaning up and leaving. From the time I discovered the problem to the problem being completely resolved was around 4 hours. Amazing!"
