"The owner and an assistant made a site visit the next day. They wasted no time in analyzing the problem, They thoroughly examined the clogged discharge pipe with a camera-snake, cleared the obstruction, and identified the break in the ABS pipe. They traced the line across the front of the house, pinpointed the location and scheduled a repair for the next morning. We were able to use the system until the repaireman came and were fully restored that afternoon. I found this crew very knowledgeable and efficient.
