"called right away and let me know he would be there in the afternoon. Started getting worried around 2 pm when I hadn't heard from them. I messaged Andrew and he called me back right away and let me know he was still coming. He found our septic tank and pumped. unfortunately, that didn't solve our plumbing issues. He tried to snake out the toilet but no help. He tried so hard to take care of our issues but in the end it is a plumbing issue and not a septic issue so we ended up having to call a plumber. Would highly recommend for any septic issues or pumping!"

"We recently had Hart Masonry and Waterproofing replace our foundation and waterproof the basement. The entire process was easy and Brandon and his crew were phenomenal! We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise.They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed. "Got a quote based on information I gave, knowing that this was an estimate based on usual circumstances. Very punctual, two problems, first was a clogged drain than was cleared quickly, the second was a defective outside spigot that split because I forgot to remove house line for the winter. The basement was finished making it difficult to get to the line so replacement could be completed. Both jobs were completed, area was broom clean, the final bill was slightly higher then quote because of extra time need to get to line with out damaging. Ceiling etc. I would use again, loved his good nature and humor."
