"The exterior trim around my deck door was rotting and falling off. He did an absolute wonderful job showing me what the issues were underneath the trim, telling me options, even consulted a builder friend of his to confirm the best possible solution. The final result was spectacular and you can tell the care and pride he takes in his work. He was transparent with pricing and what he was going to do, and he asked me several times my opinion about the the work to be done and the appearance. He also arrived when he said he would and completed the work carefully but efficiently . He will be my go to person from now on if we need any handyman services in our home. "As far as my wife and I are concerned it really did appear that the whole project went without a hitch. The first day was demo day. The job required Matt and his crew to come through our garage, down a hallway and into our bedroom to get to the job. They did all the things necessary to make sure the area was covered and protected from any kind of dirt or damage.. Once they got going there really wasn't a lot of back and forth going for tools and whatnot. Apparently they went back there with most everything they needed shut the door and went to work. When the day was over they cleaned everything up and left. The bathroom was clean, completely usable and ready for the next days installation. Same thing the next day they came in worked all day. And at the end of the day we had our new walk in tub. For us, it really did go that well.. Our condo is built on a slab so the electrical work had to be done through the attic. I went up there to get something after everything was finished and couldn't hardly tell that anybody had even been up there.. I honestly can say that we have no complaints. ACC was here on time, the workers were clean and well mannered. They worked non stop all day, cleaned up afterwards and at the end of the two days we had our new walk-in tub as the only evidence that they had been here. We highly recommend them."

"When I bought the house, the bathroom had hideous pink/peach tiles. When I called about getting it refinished it a simple white, she told me if I didn't have the tub done too, I'd regret it because they would be two different colors. So I took her advice and had both done white. The man who came out to perform the service was punctual, professional, friendly - couldn't have gone better.
Fast forward a few months, the bathtub is peeling. It took me 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to send the repairman out. But the service man came out, again, no problems at all, quick to the point, fixed it and left.
Now, another few months later and the same thing... the tub is peeling again. I, again, am trying to get ahold of them to come out and repair. They have an automated answering service but no one returns my calls. I am on day 4 of trying to get ahold of someone to come out and fix the tub again. The job was done April of 2014, it is Feb 2015 and this is my 2nd repair job needed. I live alone so the tub is not getting alot of overusage, no kids doing anything crazy... so I'm not sure I would do it again. It's becoming a pain to deal with and to be honest, I'm not 100% sure I would use this company again. The service men doing the work are great, but to get in contact with anyone is not an easy feat.
