"Awful from the 650 design fee to the workmanship . The beds are not dug deep enough showing the landscape cloth everywhere. One year later the plants have died and I am hiring someone to repair this mess . I would never have hired them at there crazy 19k price knowing the workmanship was so poor !! Aweful experience!!"

Yes, he's the owner, and yes you expect him to eventually make sure that a quality product is delivered, but he did all of that and more.
