"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"Eric is very responsive when you call... Eric and his crew came on time and replaced our Central Air Conditioning System. We had one issue and they came back immediately and took care of it. Eric has great customer service and did a professional job. We would recommend him highly."

"My goodness, where do I start. Competence squared. Friendly exacting service. I felt as if I’ve known JB forever. My house is so much better for having his service. We are now enjoying our brand new TOSOT 24000 mini split. This company is my go to for service always."

"Perfect experience. Got a quick call after posting to HA. They were here the same day at time requested and fixed my central A/C unit. Jason clearly knows his stuff. I will make these guys my first call if I need work on my central A/C or heat."

"I highly recommend Legend Air for anyone looking for reliable HVAC service in Dix Hills. Chris was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently without any hidden costs. If you need air conditioning repair, heating installation, HVAC maintenance, or emergency AC service in Suffolk County, Legend Air is a company you can trust. Chris was courteous, clean, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. It’s hard to find dependable HVAC contractors in Long Island, but Legend Air exceeded expectations with quality workmanship and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be using Chris again for future heating and cooling needs."

"He did like to talk a lot, but his work was good and when done cleaned up. Was able to repair my burner for about half the price of replacing it. No one else even suggested repairing just replacing."

"First, I d like to share appreciation about the urgency shown by this company. My air conditioner broke during the summer and on a Sunday, to my surprise many other companies we are not available to come out on the same day as they are closed on Sundays. They were the second company to respond to service my unit. The first company had been there just a couple of hours prior. Without much investigation, they attempted to sell me a completely new air conditioning system. They shared that this was based on my unit being original to the home and not repairable. When C & A Mechanical came to my house, they were curious about the cause, and did not move to a recommendation until they assess the situation. After hearing that my unit was running perfectly prior to this first issue I ve had, he shared that it may be worthwhile to attempt a repair. A technician came on the following day and efficiently repaired my unit and got it operating at a fraction of the cost of a new unit. I appreciate their honesty and speed, highly recommend."
