"Fast responsive to my inquiry. Came to see job. Quote came quick and was one of the best out of 5. I immediately admired the professionialism of everyone in the company who I spoke with. I agreed to go ahead. The two workers were very prompt and polite at all times. This job took an entire day. They rang my doorbell to let me know they were going for a replacement part so that I didn't think they weren't going to finish. They returned and finished the job. Very likeable, professional young many dealt with me and the payment. He could not have been nicer or more businesslike. Having been a small business owner for forty-five years, I know a great employee when I meet one. This company was very well represented by this young man. They did a fantastic job leaving my tennis court bright and clean and the brick patio spotless. I would highly recommend them for any kind of cleaning job that they offer. We had new roofs and gutters installed on 2 houses in Port Washington. The crew did an excellent job on both and one was a very architecturally challenging 100 year old house. "We could not be more pleased with the service! My husband had been out of town and when I sent him a picture of the siding almost done, he noticed that it was not the correct type of siding that we ordered, the supplier delivered the incorrect siding. Rob, the owner of Westbury Siding contacted the supplier and made sure they redelivered the correct siding ASAP, which they did. Unfortunately, being that they were almost complete they had to remove the incorrect siding and replaced with the correct one. To finish the job on time, the installers had worked outside with flashlights until approx 8 PM! The next day or so, the company who works with Westbury Siding came and insulted the gutters. They did a GREAT JOB but, we had a little issue which they came back and fixed without any problems!!!!! I WOULD GIVE WESTBURY SIDING AND WINDOWS VERY VERY HIGH POINTS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!! Compare to all the other companies we had priced, Westbury Siding and Windows had been the most reasonable. Everyone on our block has stopped and complemented on the "GREAT JOB"!!!"

"Greg was a lifesaver. I decided to move from New Jersey to Kentucky and it was overwhelming. Greg took charge. I needed some items to be disposed of from a storage unit. He came one evening and took care of that. Then he came back and loaded up that storage unit and my upstairs apartment, all by himself, during the process he communicated everything, was efficient and very professional. He drove my belongings to Kentucky and unloaded them all. My next plan is to build a house here and I’m 100% highing Greg to do the job. He’s highly skilled in all areas of renovations and construction, I’ve seen his work, he truly cares and is an expert in all areas and he goes above to make sure that you feel comfortable in all steps of the way. "Back in September, I had my entire roof replaced by DiCostanzo Home Improvements. Tony was such a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, reliable, very knowledgeable, and honest. He is easy to talk to and explains everything clearly. I had four other contractors give me estimates and he was the only one who actually got on the roof to inspect it. While on the roof, he took pictures to show what needed to be done and explained everything in detail. He also took pictures during the job to show exactly what his crew was doing. He worked around my schedule to get the job done and was always punctual. He takes pride in his work. When the job was complete he inspected the entire perimeter of the house to be sure everything was cleaned up properly. There was one mistake the crew made when putting back an eyebolt for a sun sail that I have attached to a roof rafter that goes through the siding trim. They cut a hole too large through the piece of the trim. Tony was quick to have his crew replace the entire piece of trim. The entire job was done perfectly. The roof looks fabulous and my house is dry and critter-free. I highly recommended Tony. I would certainly higher him again."
