"<p>Called Wednesday morning and was scheduled for Friday morning.  The technician called later Wednesday to say he was on his way!  We were thrilled!  It was 85 degrees in the house!  Took him less than 15 minutes to diagnosis the problem.  He didn't have the exact replacement but had a better one with a 5-year warranty instead of the regular with a 1-year warranty.  It cost more but we didn't care.  Very professional, friendly and clean-cut guy.  We purchased a maintenance agreement while we were at it.  That was another $168 and includes two visits for the year to check everything out, along with 15% discount and no extra charge for weekend trips.</p> <p>It don't get no better than this!  On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being best, Stanfield is definitely a full 10 in my book!</p> <br />"
