Tyson, the tech that was sent out, was by far the definition of professional. Iâ ve had techs come out that seemed professional but then just left more of a mess than when they came in. Tyson diagnosed the issues and not only gave me multiple scenarios I could choose from but made me comfortable in my decision. As soon as I made a decision and asked about next steps, he not only told me every step but accurately broke it down to how much time it would take. I was worried because if he missed his projected window I would not make my virtual meeting for work. "Steve came out to diagnose an outlet/breaker issue. Price to diagnose was really high. I was really shocked (pun intended) to find out the price to replace a fried GFI. However, Steve worked with me on the price, and I ended up getting a one year maintenance plan. Great customer service provided by Steve and the office staff, and the issue was solved quickly. I will have them out to do some more electrical projects around the house. I also plan on having the heating and air group out to service the furnace and air conditioner.
