It took the repairman about 15 minutes with no parts and was charged $150.00 ($10/minute). I expected $75-100 would had been reasonable but this seemed a little extreme. I was told ahead of time how much the repair would be $150 plus parts but did not think it would be so simple to repair and it was necessary to have it repaired.."

We found a defective roller, a broken hinge, and 2 frayed lift cables. I am sure anyone of these issues would have been another service call in the near future! To finish up the service call, Frank lubricated all the moving parts on my doors. I am delighted with the professional, quality service I received."

My husband is very handy, but for some reason this issue of the door not closing properly "threw him for a loop."
