"Western Rooter has always been very efficient, professional and kind. All of the various workers who have done repairs in plumbing, water leaks, gas leaks, etc. have been great. I will continue to call on them because they are dependable, pleasant and get the job done timely."

"Ken was able to promptly replace the part that needed to be changed out.  Ken has done a number of plumbing jobs for us, including leaking faucets and backed up pipes. Prior to using Burris Brothers, we went  through a half dozen different plumbers who we never really felt like calling back. But Ken has worked for our neighbor over 20 years and the referral was greatly appreciated.

"The technician replaced my old water heater, new pipes and corrected the system to work smoothly.....I'm satisfied with the work.....Good job Johnny!"

"I tried to find a plumber to fix my walk in tub to no avail Roland rescued me and I was so happy. I would happily recommend him."

"We smelled gas and suspect a gas leak from the meter and had a technician from SoCal Gas to come by to check it out. After the initial test, the technician said that we have a very small gas leak. We called around to find a reputable plumber. We also found Mike from All Service Plumbing but Mike missed our appointment by 4 hours. We call Albano next and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. The next day, right on time, Eric shows up at the door. Eric checked out our gas line but didn’t find any gas leak. Eric said that he doesn’t know what to charge us for because in reality, there isn’t any gas leak. I love seeing this honesty in a business because I hardly see this honesty policy anymore nowadays. I asked Eric what can I do to maintain the gas line better and Eric suggested to do an upgrade on the valves. I agreed and the rest is history. I like Eric’s personality, I trust his work, he is professional, humble, honest. I even get a call from Ben (at the office). The Albano staffs are professional and I like it. I will keep Albano as a favorite. Ok here it goes: “Honesty is the best policy. You earn my trust, I give you my money.”"

"This was a difficult project, owing to the no-cripple-wall construction of my house and the ridiculously tight crawl space - less than a foot in critical spots - plus the maze of beams and ducts. I called six or seven plumbers to come out and bid the work and two of them ran screaming (well, not really, they just told me they needed to work up an estimate 'back at the office' and never called back). One guy swore I'd have to rip out a wall AND the floor to get to the pipe. Mr. Rooter didn't propose anything so dramatic. They just said they'd excavate as needed to make room to move around. So that's what they did. They billed it as a two-day job. They showed up on time, and the work was wrapped up by the third hour of the second day. Because that, I was concerned this job had been overbilled. Their bid had been astronomical, but it was still lower than everyone's except the guy with the lapsed bond. Mr. Rooter had been willing to negotiate and I knocked about $650 off their initial bid. They took another $200 off at the back end because of my concern with overbilling. They didn't have to do that since they had a signed contract in hand, but they were willing to take care of a customer. Thumbs up for that. The work looks solid, as far as this layman can tell. Everything drains as it should and none of the joints leak."

"The pipe still leaking after the work was done."

"Daniel Ortiz & his crew, Samuel & Carlos did a Great job of replacing all the drain lines. There was very minimal interruption to the household flow. They were always polite and courteous. They did an excellent job of cleaning up behind themselves. I was so Lucky when I found them on Angie ."
