"I had my appointment with Mr. Harmond W. on May 07, 2022. It was rather easy to set up appointments and the site makes it rather easy to reschedule (which I've had to do). Mr. Harmond W. was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've read great reviews about his appointments on here. We pinpointed the problem by process of elimination. For my particular model (Whirlpool) he's seen the common water leak issue I was experiencing. Oftentimes, filter housings need to be replaced. Mr. Harmond W. just confirmed my observation and I am glad I may now rectify the issue. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Harmond W. sent me the exact part needed via email . One may shop around at different retailers to purchase the part. Neli also sells appliance OEM parts as well by partnering with other companies. I will be going with another retailer/seller since the price was much lower with a good return policy and a protection plan option as well. For $35, one can't beat that. A diagnostic evaluation alone may range from $150 and up. I was able to pinpoint the problem and order the part. I won't be arranging for an appointment to self-install. One has to know where to draw the line. I will hire someone once I have the part in hand. I already have someone in mind, also referred by Angi. Luckily, I didn't have to do any thing too cumbersome. I gained some handy tools at well. I really liked using the nutdriver vs a screwdriver. So I've added all the necessary tools I need for the appointment to my collection, and they will be handy in the future. Overall this was an optimal experience and I would certainly refer and use Neli in the future. If you are confident in unscrewing/re-screwing, and removing parts of your appliance, I'd say give it a try. NOTE: Also understand that this an all virtual service. An appliance repair professional doesn't not come to your home at no point in time. Neli offers self- diagnostic guidance to determine the issue with your appliances. Neli sends you the part number. "I discovered on Sunday that my top load washing machine was leaking, called Service Master and Manni picked up right away, even though it was close to 9pm. He was able to schedule a technician to come see me Tuesday noon-2pm, and the tech, Lucky, arrived promptly at noon on that day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered a replacement part, and came back the following day to install it, right on time. The total cost of service was $135 for the visit/labor (including both trips) and $90 for the part. I was happy to pay it for how quickly and easily this repair was. (And no, I could not have done it myself, it involved lifting up the whole thing and ordering specific parts I wouldn't have had the time or interest in trying to find on my own). "Work was great. Just bought a 1972 townhouse that needs some serious updating. Michael installed a ceiling fan and light in rooms with no prior wiring, switched a light out with a new fan, replaced a hall light and added electrical outlets to bathrooms that had no outlets, fixed a minor issue with the garbage disposal, installed 2 new smoke detectors and replaced a couple of outlets. Everything is completed on time and will be hiring again as I have a lot more outlets to replace."

Knowledgeable, Integrity, Reasonable Price, Quick Response, these are some of the characteristics that I would use to describe Kurt Randell and AHS.  We have used several mold remediation services and Air Quality Checks in the past at various properties with mixed results.  Based on reviews and my external validations of Kurt?s certifications we used AHS.  Simply put, we were Very Happy.  Kurt was easy to schedule, prompt to arrive, and leveraged several electronic tools, including infrared, moisture meter, and an air sampling to determine if we had an issue. Our experience with AHS was identical if not better then the others on Angies List.  Our primary goal was to determine allergens in the air as one family member was experiencing heightened allergies in the basement.  We had 5 air samples taken through out the house and no issues were identified.  Kurt also checked for excessive moisture/ water in the basement to determine if we had a leak or water seeping in through the basement.  After one of the bigger June 2013 storms experienced in Metro DC (yes those), Kurt came back after the initial work was completed to determine if we had a basement issue.  Kurt found slightly elevated moisture levels in one 3' X 4' section of the basement, but not enough to warrant remediation.  Instead we placed this on the watch list.  Kurt could have easily attempted to make this into an issuing requiring remediation and bigger dollars, but he did not.  That shows integrity and commitment to his work. We would not hesitate to use Kurt/ AHS again. "

"I thought they were professional and nice, but they tried to repair my same appliance three times and it still didn't work. They were telling me one thing, but were telling my home warranty company something different. When I requested all three of us get on the phone to clarify the misunderstanding, Repair Tech Plus declined. As a result, I have to schedule another company to come out and start all over again with the assessment. This should have already been closed out so I could order a new appliance."

"I was very pleased with the services of All City Appliance Repair Inc. The big deal was for him to come out and analysis and the labor. There was a part that he replaced and I had to buy the part. It went very well. My refrigerator was actually leaking and he had to replace a part. My refrigerator was leaking and there was a pool of water in front of my refrigerator. I was totally pleased that he identified it very quickly. He fixed it very efficiently. I would call him again. His image was fine, he was dressed very nicely. He was polite. "An outstanding job by Jose and his assistant Miguel. They were efficient, prompt and professional. We had several panels of siding that needed to be re-secured on 2 areas of the upper level of our home. Additionally one wall of our screen porch had been loose for some time. We had received several proposals from different contractors about securing the wall or rebuilding the wall that involved a great deal of inconvenience and expense. Jose was able to quickly assess the situation and fix the problem within the allotted project time. He is a real pro and a pleasure to deal with.
