"The gentleman came out promptly & checked out drains. He also checked outside drain. We had also called the County who pulled up while he was outside. He stayed a bit & advised me it may be on County's side but to call him if I still had a problem. He did NOT CHARGE ME & was totally honest with me. I appreciate his kindness & honesty; and no bill. :)"

"We are new to the area and had a clogged drain so it was an emergency call....at 5pm and they put us on the schedule first thing next morning. Since they were so helpful with that, we called them to switch out three old toilets from the house we had bought..Jesse, the owner, was finishing the job in about three hours and all done with care, expertise and friendly service. This company will go far once the word gets out....simply one of the best already!!"

"I purchased the Big Deal for AABCO's installation of a new garbage disposal, testing/inspecting the drain line for obstructions, and an impressive warranty (5 yrs/2 yrs parts and labor) on the new disposal unit. Upon contacting AABCO on a Friday afternoon, inquiring about when someone might be able to come out and replace the disposal unit (having mentioned that the kitchen sink wasn't draining properly either - perhaps due to the utterly dead unit, or perhaps another issue), Mr. Gaskins promptly offered me a 9 am appt. the next morning - a Saturday, at no extra charge!
Mr. Gaskins was prompt, thoroughly professional, clearly experienced, and most gracious. He quickly and efficiently removed the old unit, inspected the drain line for any other obstructions, and quickly determined that the rusted unit was the sole reason for the slow drain. Then, despite very little room to maneuver under the kitchen sink cabinet (and very tight pipe connections), he expertly installed the new unit, tested it to make sure it was working properly, and even stayed a few more minutes to make sure that the drain was draining properly after I started the dishwasher. Thanks to his coming to the job well-prepared for any possible complications, he was able to quickly replace a worn, tight plastic connection that snapped (during installation), with a new piece that he had stocked on his truck - and most graciously replaced it free of charge. He took great care to ensure my home stayed clean at literally every step - donning shoe covers at the entryway, bringing towels and a bucket with him to catch any drips, and taking the old disposal unit away with him when he left. Mr. Gaskins was utterly professional, personable, honest, and gracious. I would gladly call him again for any plumbing needs that may arise in the future. I have already recommended him to my neighbors!

"Excellent! I bought the 3 hour deal off of Angie's List and set up the appointment with Tracy. I didn't expect 2 handymen at the same time making the deal for 1.5 hours, but it was the correct decision on their part because the two of them working together was more efficient. Jose and Felix were courteous and professional, and very fast. They replaced the icemaker line for the fridge from the basement with a sturdier pvc line, installed a toilet that I had bought (and they even carried it inside in the rain from my car), snaked the outside drain in my basement stairwell, and replaced a showerhead that I was not able to get loose on my own. They made quick work of everything and even had a spare part with them that they let me use, which was for the toilet (that my Kohler toilet did not come with). Everything went as well as I could have hoped. I would definitely call them again with my next list of things to do."

"MW Construction Services was to fully remodel 2 bathrooms and to replace bathroom, bedroom, and hallway doors. The end results range from quite good to barely acceptable. The project supervisor, Kevin Adams, was always very responsive, but it would have been better if problems had been prevented or noticed sooner. It seems that he was assigned to too many projects in different locations, so checking the work seemed more a matter of whether something was done, rather than verifying quality or correctness. During the pre-construction period, the co-owner, Greg Marks, was very attentive, providing advice on picking out materials such as tile and cabinetry. Major problems were eventually corrected. The glass border tile in one bathroom was installed still mounted on the cardboard backing; it had to be removed and replaced. One installation of a new toilet was not done properly, and it leaked to the floor below within 2 weeks; they repaired the damage and, after about 10 days, got the toilet properly mounted and installed. In the master bath, they left an indentation from where the towel bar was installed; the hole had not been completely filled. They also simply painted over old paint drips. These problems were corrected. One problem persisted: The light fixture in one bathroom promptly burned out one bulb; they obtained and installed a replacement fixture, but that fixture has also burned out a bulb, which implies it is a wiring problem, not a fixture problem. They changed the master bath shower door design and never communicated that in advance. Then, I got an urgent message to call and pay a supplier for materials. In the contract, however, the shower door was covered in the cost of the project. Toilets in both bathrooms were supposed to be identical, but they installed different models in the two bathrooms. A recurring problem was that trash was not removed from the site each day. Work crews kept storing filled trash bags on the balcony, which was a violation of homeowners’ association rules. To clean up sawdust from sanding the doors, a work crew used my steam cleaner for carpets, which gummed up the machine. Other minor damages included abrasions on the wood that separates the entrance hall from the living room and abrasions on the toilet seat lid where, apparently, someone had stood or rested the medicine cabinet when installing that. The amount of time the project took was extraordinary. I put down a deposit in the first week of November 2013 and I selected and paid for the cabinetry 6 weeks later. After that, there was stalling on getting a start date for actual work. They did not begin work until August 4, 2014. They finished on October 30, 2014."

"Steve came to consider the problem and give me an estimate. He seemed very thoughtful and sincere. We agreed on the price and the date when work would start. With no delays, the work started on the agreed-upon date. Steve's brother Dave does the actual deconstruction and puts in the drainage. He has a team of three men, including himself, and they completed the job in 3 days. It may have been the hottest 3 days of the summer but they didn't complain--I couldn't believe how diligent they were. And they didn't "thrash." We've probably all had people working on our homes that made us wonder if the house was going to be standing when they were through. These guys were great--I'd definitely call them professionals. Once they finished, I had a couple items I wanted done a different way. That was no problem. They came back and finished it very much to my satisfaction. Whenever I called the company, I received a call back. I would definitely use Waterproofing, Inc. again but I think my problem is solved. I'm not worried because the company gives a lifetime warranty and I have no doubt that they will stand behind their word.

"The old well above-ground water pump stopped working and they responded promptly with a submersed replacement. The old piping was pulled from the well and replaced with new piping and power cable. The old water filter holder was difficult to use and not secured well; they replaced it, relocated it to free up basement space and fastened it securely to the wall. The pressure tank was also moved to a better location to free up space. The plumbing and electrical were re-routed. The pressure switch and pressure gauge were replaced. They were very cooperative and accommodating to my suggestions and wishes. The cost was reasonable."

"My tenant called me to say that they had water coming in through the ceiling during a rainstorm.  I called Robert and he went out very promptly to examine the roof/extent of damages.  He also covered the area in the attic with plastic to prevent any further leakage down through the ceiling.  Bottom line was that we decided to get a new roof and Robert was VERY professional and pleasant.  His statement of work listed EVERY detail of the materials to be used, every thing that the company would do, down to using a magnetic thing to suck up any stray nails left behind.  They did everything they promised.  The roof looks great.  We've had no problems with it since installation, which was six months ago.  My tenant said that, when he came in to assess the damage and secure the attic, Robert was very respectful with her and respectful of the fact that she had a small baby in the home.  Since I don't live in the state of MD anymore, Robert kept me very well informed and he also to extensive photos of the damages, areas needing repair, and also of the new roof, since I couldn't see it at the time.  That says a lot.  Many people would try to take advantage of someone who was out of state.  I highly recommend K&R Roofmasters!"

FAQs for drain line breakage camera locate projects in Compton, MD

During the inspection, you’ll watch a high-definition video feed that shows exactly what’s going on inside the pipe—everything from minor buildup to major cracks. Your plumber pauses the footage to explain what you’re seeing and why it matters. Bright lights and self-leveling cameras make sure each section is captured clearly, so you leave with a complete picture of your sewer’s health.

Most professionals complete a standard sewer camera inspection in an hour. That window covers setting up the gear, guiding the camera through the line, and reviewing the footage with you. If your house lacks a cleanout and the technician needs to pull a toilet or access a vent stack, tack on a little extra time—and cost—for that added work.

Yes, a sewer camera inspection can help you identify septic system problems. A sewer camera gives your pro a live view of the pipes leading to the septic tank, so they can spot blockages, corrosion, leaks, or other red flags without guesswork. Pinpointing the problem quickly means you can plan the right repair and keep the entire septic system running smoothly.
