I explained the issues we were having and he replaced the rollers and made some adjustments. WOW what a difference it made! I forgot how quiet the door sounded when it was new. It works great now and is Soooo quiet. I wish I would have done this a long time ago. Chris was great and explained what was the issues and what he did to fix it. Great job Chris!

"Bought a new home and the garage door was shaky at best.  Often it would not close and would reopen half way through closing.  A real pain.  It was new but looked like an amateur install.  I honestly considered replacing it entirely with a new system.   When I saw the angies list deal I could not turn it down.  An I was extremely happy with the service. 
Kelly's Garage Door, I cannot recommend this company enough.  The door works like its top of the line.  The tech spent about an hour working on the system and it is just perfect.  The tech was extremely professional and of the highest quality.  In addition to making the repairs he communicated each thing he did, why he did it and the result I should expect.  This guy is an asset to his company. 
I also purchased an additional automatic door opener device.  It was high quality and much better than the original that came with the door.  The price was great and it was programmed perfectly.  
I will be using this company in the future, but he did such a great job I think it will be awhile before I need to call them. :-)

"Needed an emergency garage door repair after my opener stopped lifting the door at about 6 inches. When I released the manual over-ride,  the door would not move any further. 
I searched Garage Door Springs and selected this company off of the list primarily because it advertised "same day service".  I did not even know that it is on Angie's List.
When I called, the receptionist/dispatcher answered  the phone immediately.  At first she said I could make an appointment for the next week, but I explained that my car was "locked"  in the garage and inquired about their "same day service' pledge, she asked me to wait and she would call me back if she could dispatch anyone today.  I received a call 5 minutes later saying that someone could be sent within 2 hours and that I  would be called by the technician 25-30 minutes before arrival..
I did receive a call from a technician about 45 minutes later and he arrived shortly thereafter. He promptly identified the problem - a broken spring - and said he would be able to replace it within 30 min to an hour.  As he was replacing the spring, he also found that the garage door bracket was also compromised and replaced that as well.  The entire job took 30 minutes.
I am extremely satisfied with service provided.  I also joined Angies List -- not because this garage company is listed but because I want to be able to quickly identify and contact good companies that deliver what they promise, instead of relying on a cold search/ cold call listing off of the internet.
