"After considering the daunting task of replacing our leaky and old, super heated dark aluminum windows for over two years, we finally decided to check out Window Works after many other intimidating experiences which frankly confused us. So we put it off for a very long time. There were so many brands and different materials and grades that we were just overwhelmed. We had no idea where to start this process. Trying to compare one brand over another was a nightmare. Do we hire a contractor after the monumental task of researching wood, vinyl, aluminum, on our own, and then the question of who is going to install them etc. The choices are vast and confusing to us novices. <br /> Then we took a trip out to Window Works and the process was finally explained to us, Jim told us about the window brand they sold and explained it all in layman's terms so it seemed very simple and not so intimidating anymore. There were no sales pitches or confusing descriptions of this or that...it was seriously easy for the first time. <br /> From the initial visit to the follow up afterwards and everything in between the company has been fantastic. The installers were polite, friendly, and even though they were here for 4 or 5 days, they explained everything to me after each day as to where they'd be working, and what they'd be doing. They showed up every morning at the same time and stayed until the job was completed, worked hard and were very efficient and methodical. They did what they said they'd do, they charged what they said they'd charge and I felt they were honest and tremendously easy to work with. <br /> The windows exceeded my expectations and I no longer have to leave my house during heatwaves because my house is actually cool for the first time. Unimaginable a month ago. I'm actually looking forward to not freezing to death now during the winter because these windows seem particularly well made and look really good as well. My view of my backyard is fantastic and I even saw a recent photo of my goofy outdated windows in the background and only wish I had discovered Window Works sooner!"

"I called to request next day window cleaning and was able to schedule service as requested. The gal who set up the service was professional and courteous and called me the next day to let me know the crew was running a little late. They did a great job on the windows and worked quickly. I actually had to check to see if they forgot to attach a screen on one window - it was so clean I couldn't even see it! I'm really pleased with the work and will definitely use them again. <br />"

"What a fantastic experience with US Window Renewal. They replaced 15 windows with vinyl Amerimax windows, and 2 windows with Marvin wood windows in my 1915 house.  I got 3 bids for this job and US window Renewal (found through Angie's List) ended up being the lowest by far. They beat one other competitor by ~$1500, significant compared to the total amount!  Mike and his team are fantastic - professional, affordable, and thorough.    Some points: <br /> + During the measure-up and the estimate process, he caught what another competitor missed: that the windows in one bedroom would not meet egress code and would not pass inspection if the new windows were installed at the same size as the original windows. His team reframed them so the center one was wider and the 2 outer ones were narrower, so the center one would meet code. I was worried about changing them since they are front and center on the house, but the windows look great, and like they have always been that way. <br /> + The front door has 2 special side lights with a  lot of detail, so I wanted to keep these as wood windows with divided lites.  When these windows arrived, he noticed that they did not match the dimensioned drawing he had done and had the company re-make the windows. <br /> + For a very reasonable fee they added exterior trim to some windows that were trimless. These windows now match all the others on the house, and they look so much better than they did before! <br /> + Mike is so likable and professional.   Seriously, a good guy. <br />"

"Absolutely amazing work by the team from Amerian Vision Windows. From start to finish, the work was done professionally, with polish and concern for the other work going on at the same time. All the details were handled and the final walkthrough even showed off the features of the new windows. Both inside and outside, the windows look great and are so much better than the ones they replaced. "To be honest, I can't say enough good things about the process of ordering through The Screen Shop. <br /> From the time I entered their showroom, they were friendly and helped me to select the best product for my needs. They have incredible knowledge of the products they sell and can guide you to exactly what you need. There was no attempt to upsell and in some cases they even talked me out of extras that I really didn't need. They are also flexible in fine-tuning the order to any changes in the types of window you need or specialty glass. And if there are any issues with the order or the install they work directly with the manufacturer to make sure these issues are addressed. <br /> The contractor they work with for the install also does an excellent job. They left a clean job site every day and made sure that the house was secure before wrapping up for the day. From the window installation to the work on the trim to the matching of the existing stucco, I can't say enough about the job they did. <br />"

"I researched replacement windows before hand so as to be as knowledgeable as a consumer can be. Our windows were each 92" x 77" (over sized).  We had numerous replacement window companies out for bids. <b>ALL</b> said the window companies they represented could not build the windows we wanted due to their large size. Then we called CECS.  Lance, the rep they sent out (in the past he owned his own window co), took measurements and made a few phone calls and said it could be done and at a fair price. He was very responsive to answering all our questions with all the right answers. He knows windows. What is really strange about this whole experience is some of the other replacement window companies who offered the <b>same brand and model</b> window as the ones we just had installed, said our windows couldn't be built. Lance knew who to call to get it done. <br> <br>Since the windows were so large, CECS sent out Brandon and Omar, their 2 lead installers, for our job . They had them installed in a few hours and everything went perfectly. They answered all our questions politely and left the job immaculate. Really great Service ! <br> <br>My wife and I love our new windows and what a picturesque view CECS has given us. <br> <br>"
