"I called Cox on Saturday afternoon. Didn't expect a call back till Monday, which I got at about 7:45 AM Monday morning. I let them know my garage door wasn't opening and was only lifting up about 18 inches. From a little online research, I told them I thought my spring broke, so please come quote & fix. They said they could be there between 8:00—8:30 AM, I agreed. Matt showed up around 8:20 AM and finished the work in about 45 minutes.
