"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"The guy that came out was nice but really didn’t do a great job of troubleshooting. He said it was a pressure sensor problem and that the whole control board needed to be replaced. He called and gave his shop and they gave me a price of over 350 dollars. I told him no way I’m gonna pay that since it was more than the machine is worth. He then offered that I call the manufacturer to see if they could help which I did. The manufacturer sent their own repair man and that guy just pretty much reset the computer and now my machine works well. I should have just called the manufacturer first. I had to pay the 80 dollar service call to Affordable Appliance for them just to diagnose it. I was charged the 80 at first and the owner Richie contacted me and was very helpful in making my situation right. He refunded me the charge for the service call and offered his business again if I want it in the future. This was a great way to show that he cares about his customers and based by that action, I will recommend him for future jobs."

Only issue was they ended up getting the part they needed later than expected, and had to postpone the repair date, but did not let me know they weren’t showing up that day ahead of time. Would have been nice to get that notice, but otherwise great job, would work with them again."

"Jonesy lives in the next town and he happened  to have a little time free so he came right over an hour later.
I could not remove the blown bulb in the freezer. Frankly, I was a little embarrassed to call an appliance repair guy, but was glad I did.  He told me with newer refrigerators with electronic displays,  if the bulb breaks, it can short out the mother board and turn into a costly repair.  So I asked him to do it.
He had a tough time but was able to remove the bulb without breaking it.  While he was here, I had him clean the compressor and front grill.
He suggested that you always put a little Vaseline on the threads of the bulb to prevent this problem in the future. Clearly, the original bulb had been over tightened and, as I saw on line, is not an uncommon problem.  
He was very personable and offers a $10 discount to Angie's List members.  I will definitely use him again.

"Working with Sara at the Kitchen Center was fantastic.  I was nervous about the cost of a new kitchen and overwhelmed with the details of a new layout.  Sara was full of good ideas and she was so patient with me as we worked through planning my new kitchen.  I compared prices to the kitchen company who originally installed our old kitchen and the Kitchen Center prices were comparable.  I gave the price a B rating above only because it isn't cheap to redo a kitchen, but paying for quality cabinets is so worth it!  It took me a few weeks to make a final decision on what I wanted, but when I finally did, Sara made sure that the delivery and installation of the cabinets was on schedule and kept me up to date.  The installer was very professional.  He was a perfectionist and he did an amazing job.  Overall, we are thrilled with our new kitchen!  We love the Wood-Mode cabinets, the pull-out shelves, and some of the nice bells & whistles that are available with quality cabinets.  I would certainly recommend Kitchen Center to anyone who needs a new kitchen or bath and would like to work with a team of designers who are professional and knowledgeable.  "

"The diamond was recovered successfully and the drain cleaned at the same time. In addition, I would like to add that John has provided many services at my home over the years. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
