"Workers called to let me know what time they would arrive and they did. Surveyed the work area and worked diligently for 4 - 5 hours. They explained what was done and the work looked professional. They cleaned up any large debris and loaded on their truck. Very satisfied with the work. Let’s hope it corrected the problem."

"A kitchen remodel is the second project I've hired David for and I've been very happy with both results. His prices are reasonable and his customer service is excellent."

"Dry Tech Waterproofing Solutions Not a stand up company. So much promise. The people were friendly, they got it done fast. At the time of write up, i told them the basement gets feet of water per day. I need a GOD level solution. Two sump wells were put in with a battery backup. The pumps ultimately failed due to a breaker tripping because they put two 10 amp pumps on a single circuit. The basement flooded since no one is actively living there to hear the backup pump kick on. This in turn fried the battery backup and the electrical components that were installed knee high. I try to leverage their warranty, and they wanted 300 dollars to replace a marine grade battery that got destroyed because the basement flooded and the backup wasn't waterproof. It isn't even water resistant. Its a plastic box that doesn't seal. Absolute garbage materials. The story changed from its the cost of the battery, to its the cost of the labor to fix what their warranty should have covered: A sub par in"

"They did a great job. The crew was respectful and very efficient. They even added a footer under my house to support the work they were doing. I am very well pleased with the work they have done. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help in their basement. "

"The job inside was done. However the drainage put in outside has turned our yard into a swimming pool. We once had a pipe draining to the creek and this was a perfect solution to the rains/weather. These guys came in and put a round small cylinder well. Water pumps up into our yard turning it into a swamp. Called them to come and see the problem they created. Their response $2900 to fix THEIR DAMAGE. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!!"

"We hired Groundworks (formerly Baker?s Waterproofing) for a $20,000 basement waterproofing project that was promised to be fast, dust-free, and high-quality. Instead, our home was left coated in concrete dust, parts of the job were rushed, and unsafe wiring still powers our sump pump. Promised electrician service has yet to happen. Three months later, the $10,000 filtration system is still unusable. This project has cost us significant time, caused stress for our family, and left us with ongoing safety concerns. We cannot recommend this company based on our experience. Although one middle manager tried to help and arranged partial repairs, upper management ignored most issues. Three months later, the air filtration system remains unusable, electrical hazards persist, and no restitution has been made. What an exhausting mistake at a deeply personal cost. "

"Ryan, John, Jerry and all of the guys were amazing from start to finish! I needed my ceiling in my living room drywalled. I called A.R.C./G.E.S. less than two weeks from the time I needed someone to do the job for me. Jerry came out and inspected the job promptly, and they quickly put a quote together for me. I only gave them 5 days to complete the job, and they came through. I cannot express enough how happy I am with the work they did, and how quickly they got it done. I was on a very tight timeline for remodeling my living room, and they worked with me every step of the way. Jerry even came back at the end and cleaned up a lot of dirt that probably wasn’t even theirs. I will definitely be calling these guys again when I need some work done."
