He knows what he's doing and makes sure it's actually fixed right. This time, I had him out to talk about a barhroom remodel I want to do, but ask him if he could replace a valve in my kitchen faucet "to make the trip worth his time". They didn't just see the faucet was leaking on top where I saw it but took time to check underneath and found leaking valves that were damaging the cupboard underneath and even a little into the flooring below.
