He is super honest and easy to work with, and quickly solved our rodent issues and sealed up all the entry points for reasonable cost. We had the attic re-insulated afterwards and haven't had any issues since. We called him back a couple years later to install two fireplace log kits and repair some parts of a broken outdoor fireplace. Today he came out to ease my mind about animal noises I heard that I thought were coming from inside the attic (but apparently were on the roof). "I would never ever hire this company again. This company will make your life miserable and cause you a lot of unnecessary stress. If you hire this company, please make sure you can go to top of the roof and inspect their work once it is done. Initially, they send couple great employees to inspect the chimney and give an estimate which makes one think that he or she is hiring a great company. However, the work they do can be better by ten years old. This company provides bad quality of work and poor workmanship and they make a lot of excuses and false statements. Again, please make sure you can inspect their work if you hire this company. I would not give them a single penny until they finish the work and it is inspected by the home owner. I found many mistakes and damages to my existing shingles. Be very careful."

"My fireplace repair cost over $1600 for 1 hour of work and a $100 part. That's about $1500 per hour of work. I spoke with the owner, Mr Lee Roff, and he was unwilling to provide an itemized invoice outlining charges for the part & service. If you think charging $1500 per hour of work is unreasonable then shop elsewhere."

"They were professional, courteous, and took pictures to show me what was needed for the chimney and why. I'm not too surprised, since this is a 40-year-old house and it has never had chimney maintenance. They offered to set up a date to do the work, but there was no pressure. Since the cost is pretty high for the repairs, though, I plan to get other bids before I move forward. In the meantime, Patterson put a square stepping stone over the top of the chimney opening so I would not have rain or critters falling in. That was nice. We just can't use the fireplace until we get this fixed."
