I received the estimate within 3 days via email and after agreeing to the cost, was scheduled for the work to be done almost immediately. I am very satisfied with the prompt service. The work was done within 5 hours and the house was cleaned prior to the crew leaving. Everything was done with an attention to detail and I only had slight sanding of putty holes where the moldings were nailed to the wall. In middle of the project or at the end of project, if there was anything that I wanted to change, regardless of the reasons, he would re-do it or make changes accordingly until we are happy with the results. They are very skillful. One example, they came to the rescue of the bad quality decorative columns that we ordered from a Canadian company, elitetrimworks.com. The bad quality panels were thrown out by us and replaced with real wood panels crafted by them. The end result was fantastic. Very happy with the results."
