"J&J is our A/C Service Professionals"

"The sales process was great. They offered a great product at a good price. For everything they offered, they had the best price in the area. Installation took several days, but they did a lot of work. System works very well now that everything is complete. They have had to come back out twice since the installation, but their response time was reasonable. The second tech who came out was VERY knowledgeable, and quickly identified and repaired the problem. Office staff is great to deal with. Two negatives. Part of the installation was an attic tent. The one they installed was used briefly. It looked okay, so I did not press the issue. They also caused damage to two areas, only one of which I asked them to repair. I felt like they were dragging their feet on the repair as it took them a month and me making many calls to get the work done. One of their workers had put his foot through my ceiling. All-in-all, I would recommend them."

"In less than 24 hours I had a new, reasonably priced, HVAC installed. My house is completely clean, no evidence a job happened."

"Robert did a great job installing our new hvac. His pricing was competitive and we are very pleased with our new system. He was punctual and professional in every way."

"Wellâ ¦I wanted our new Heat pump raised up above ground level, the cost to raise it was too high ($279) as it was installed less than a year ago. So I declined the service as it will still be covered by their warranty anyway!"

"Incredible experience. From their consultant through the proposal to the installation and follow-up, these folks are professionals. I'm 100% satisfied with every aspect of this experience, something I did not expect! I'm especially satisfied with their consultant, Robert W., who spent hours of analysis and measurements before suggesting the perfect system for our home. Their price was competitive with other vendors, but their service and professionalism exceeded anything I've experienced in this industry. Well done."
