"Mike and Dale installed our home surround sound during the building process. Everything worked flawlessly. About 6 months later we experienced some difficulty with our remote and the sound track. I called and they were very responsive. The problem wasn't able to be addressed by phone, so Mike came to our home on a Sunday afternoon to address the issue. He and Dale worked diligently and solved the problem. Service after the sale is an important factor, and these 2 guys get 6 stars. Thank you for caring about your customers after the sale. Scott"

"Company always came when they said they were coming or called to let you know they had to change the day and gave you a reason why it was changed. Service people came and worked one day way into the night to complete the replacement surround sound system in my house."

"I purchased The Big Deal sometime in 2013. The first technician who came asked several curt questions about what I was looking to do and set up a home network. "Dale and Mike had to reconnect A/V equipment including external speaker systems for two televisions. They had to correct and complete the installation after a previous installation didn't work as needed. Their professionalism, efficiency and knowledge vastly exceeded my expectations. I recommend them to everyone who needs any type of TV installation done or any other A/V equipment connected.
