"Air conditioning was not cooling, called Sunday night in the evening and asked him to come out Monday. We have a small leak that keeps losing freon. Still looking for leak, but service is excellent."

"Mr. Ferrell worked with my husband over the phone to fix the problem. It was surprisingly fast and stress-free. To have the work done remotely in less than an hour was wonderful."

"They were very responsive and helpful, both on the phone to set up the service and onsite. The technician provided good service and recommendations. Very knowledgeable. He pointed out that I needed to have the overgrown landscaping cut back to help my HVAC pumps operate more efficiently (which I did). Thank you."

"The service was excellent. The owner as well as all the workers were polite, courteous, on time, friendly, explained what their doing, and responsive to our needs."

"The serviceman arrived promptly (and called beforehand to say he was 15 minutes out). He asked a few questions, made some measurements, explained what he found, replaced a capacitor and everything started running properly. He also took the time to discuss periodic servicing of the unit. I was very happy with the experience."

"I used MA Design & Construction for my kitchen remodel. Raquel and Marc were very helpful in going through the options from painting the existing cabinets through to full replacement. We started with more modest changes but after debate ended with essentially their initial recommendation. The workers throughout the project were professional and I never felt uneasy with them being around the family. As the project progressed there were recommendations that Marc or Raquel would make which led to a better outcome. Marc would also pick out imperfections in the work and insure they were addressed which was appreciated. We're very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to work with them again."
