The entire process of getting a quote, ordering, scheduling and installing went smoothly and we are thoroughly delighted with the end result! We wanted insulated doors with thermo-paned windows. There was a big difference in price between the brand of doors with single-pane and brand with double-pane windows. Michele took it upon herself to contact the manufacturer's sales rep for the "overpriced" doors and they agreed to match the competitor's price! We got exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price because of Michele's desire to please a customer. Daryl expertly installed the doors and openers. We've already recommended CSS to several friends."

They were professional, courteous, and left my house looking like they had never been here. Eric K came out to estimate the job and fully explained the work they would perform. All in all, I would definitely recommend Aladdin for blown in insulation."

"We had a hole in our ceiling from a plumbing leak. I called them because of the good reviews I read online and was not disappointed! Joel Henderson came out within a day or two to give us an estimate and was very clear that it would take a couple weeks to get out to do the work, which was fine. They were actually able to reschedule for a few days earlier than planned. The repair looks great! Not only did they replace the drywall and paint, but they textured it to look like the rest of the ceiling that has a 70's/80's kind of texture and it looks perfect. They matched the pattern so well that it's hard to imagine there was ever a hole. Great work, very professional, and such a relief to have that hole patched. 100% recommend!"

"I had to confront Brian, the owner of the company on several occasions for not keeping his scheduled appointments or responding to phone calls. He constantly complained about things that went wrong with individuals and businesses he was dealing with and were out of my control. I had to continually change my schedule because he did not complete the job on time or clean up all of the nails etc that I found on my yard and deck.. Only once during the whole time I dealt with him did he notify me ahead of time that he was going to be late. I had personal items that were damaged. They didn't even finish all of the work that was supposed to be part of the job. After the roof was replaced I noticed some other damage in the house related to the storm that had lead to my original need for the roof replacement. Brian told me he would come out to ***** the damage and then contact the insurance company to see about adding a supplemental claim. It's been over a week and I haven't heard a thing."

"It was a very smooth process. They came out and measured all the windows and the doors. Several weeks later, they called to schedule installation. They arrived on the agreed-upon day and went right to work. It was a substantial job, and it bled over into a second day, but they had finished all the inside work on the first day and were simply finishing the insulating, caulking, and finishing work on the exterior on the second day. We have absolutely noticed the difference -- there has been a significant reduction in exterior noise and our air conditioning is working much more efficiently."

"Southern Specialty Contractor LLC, gave me an estimate on my property to install a roof and I agreed to move forward after all parties agreed to a price. I informed the representative Manny that we were on a strict budget and could only afford what we were quoted. He did a complete assessment of the roof and said he thought we would be fine with the price quoted and did not anticipate any additional problems based on his knowledge and expertise. My husband and I decided to move forward because he seemed to be an honest person. We paid half of the invoice and the other half was due at completion. We never got a phone call, text or email stating that they found any additional problems. Unfortunately, when the job was completed they sent an invoice with an additional $1995. I called and told them they made a mistake on the invoice and I was told that they found some additional issues and addressed them without my permission. I have never in my life heard of a company making additional repairs to a property without discussing it with the homeowner. I believe this is a scam. They submitted a lower bid to get the job and inflated it after the work was completed. This man had the nerve to file suit against me for repairs that I didn't approve. I have a feeling that this is how they do business. That is very unprofessional to inflate a price without discussing it with the customer. I will definitely see him in court. Please shop around before you do business with this company. I REFUSE to allow him to scam me. I wish I could give zero stars. He was paid in Full for the services provided."
