We had talked with several other companies but went with Apex based on Dylan and our neighbor's recommendation. Once the windows arrived, installation took only one day. The installers were great and everything went very smoothly. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up all the debris, etc. We are very happy with our new windows!"

"It was a very smooth process. They came out and measured all the windows and the doors. Several weeks later, they called to schedule installation. They arrived on the agreed-upon day and went right to work. It was a substantial job, and it bled over into a second day, but they had finished all the inside work on the first day and were simply finishing the insulating, caulking, and finishing work on the exterior on the second day. We have absolutely noticed the difference -- there has been a significant reduction in exterior noise and our air conditioning is working much more efficiently."

"Everything was very smooth and professional from the first meeting with Brandon Smith, the sales manager, to the installation by BJ. I priced four different companies whose windows seemed comparable in workmanship and quality and found Brandon to be very knowledgeable about his product, professional in his manner, competitive in pricing, and made sure each window was measured accurately. There was never any pressure on me to buy from him either, which I greatly appreciated. A neighbor and I both ordered from Brandon at the same, and we both were on a short time frame since we both had trips planned around the same time. Phil and Dalton, the schedulers in the office, worked very hard to make sure everything could be finished before our trips. BJ, the installer, came in on his day off in order to help us out since we were on such a short time frame. He was very quick, efficient and professional as well.
