"Prompt response. I called at 9:30 am and scheduled service for 2:00 pm on the same day. Showed up a few minutes early. In about 30 minutes the new spring was replaced, all wires connected and my garage door worked again. Mr McDonald even disposed of the broken spring. Very professional company.
