Pete displayed a high degree of competency and reliability – the combination of which is often rare. The work involved removal of heavily embedded flagstone trapped by years of overgrowth, as well as replacing an outdoor faucet that had been damaged by expanding ice over the previous winter. Because of the location and extent of the project, both jobs involved a great deal of work and on-the-fly problem-solving. Pete finished the project in a timely, highly professional, workmanlike manner and his prices were very fair. It’s about honesty and integrity. All in all, I couldn’t have been more pleased and will be calling on Pete and his great company for more projects down the road."

"It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted. <br />"

"We visited them on March 21st and they went over all of the plans and what the alternatives would be, should we choose to upgrade certain aspects of the construction. They were very pleasant and patient as we went through the plans.They then took us to various show rooms and businesses for us to pick and choose various items (Cabinets, flooring, etc.)And gave very constructive input as to reasons why or why not to go with certain items. (Types of wood flooring; wood decking vs. composite wood, etc.)They have given us a proposal of the cost in building the home and we will be going with them for the construction.I will post my comments as we go through the construction aspect.We are very pleased with Jand S and the professionalism, courteousness, and friendliness they have shown us so far. <br />"

"Shawn was awesome.  he showed up on time to provide an estimate that i ended up accepting.  He understood that problem that i was having from our conversation over the phone and brought the materials needed with him.  I had a repaired ridge vent in a couple hours time.  He was very fair with his pricing and prepared to do the job.  I interviewed 3 contractors and Shawn was the only one that knew how to solve the problem.  The other 2 did not call me back for days.  The did finally come up with the same solution but they were more expensive and i had already hired Shawn and had the work done by then. <br />"

"That job went fine. I called them again this in the spring for a repair on my front porch which would be followed by window replacements and vinyl siding replacement. Everything was dependent on a specific timeline and one person doing his job at the appropriate time. The porch guy never showed. Neither did anybody come to check to see if he ever showed. Nobody called to check either. <br /> Finally on Friday afternoon, I called the Project Manager and told him that the guy had never shown up and informed him of my extreme displeasure. I then fired them. <br /> Saturday morning, the porch guy showed up with a bizarre story involving arrests, court dates, and Homeland Security. I was not impressed. He did not convince me to give the rest of the group a chance because I STILL needed someone to fix my porch. Furthermore, the Project Manager was as much at fault because he had not done his job in checking on the guy. <br /> iI was extremely disappointed in RRR the second time around because they did such a good job he first time. I don't know if the difference was because this wasn't an insurance job or what. However, the thought has occurred to me that I have NOT been under my house, so I really don't know if they've done the work or not. I don't know what it looks like under my house now. I'm taking their word for it that the mold is gone. I won't know until the termite guy or AC guy comes and crawls under the house. <br /> But I, in good conscience, would not recommend using them. <br />"

"<p>From the moment I heard from the owners, I knew that this would be a great company to work with. The care they took in preparing the proposal was amazing. My main contact was Pam. I was impressed with the time she took to research some of the fixtures we had discussed before moving forward with a proposal. She also had several suggestions for us based upon our needs and budget. </p> <p>I had to make arrangements for the bathroom remodel for my parents house even though I lived several states away. They took care to meet every expectation and communicated extremely well before, during and after the remodel. They also made it easy to understand step by step what they would be doing by providing a timeline and detail of what would be happening each day. They communicated with me daily and I received pictures at the end of each day that showed progress. </p> <p>On site, they communicated with my Mom and sisters who were there for each day of the project. Mom found them so easy to work with that she actually looked forward to their arrival each day. After they finished the project, she told us that the house felt a little empty without them. </p> <p>The job started and ended on time. They gave us a timeframe of 8 workweek days and not only met the timeframe, but made up some time on the weekend because of some changes that we made before the project ended.</p> <p>The price they quoted was reasonable and I was impressed that the people we had been working with during the proposal stage were also the same people we saw day to day working on the project. They were easy going, showed up on time each day and made significant progress each day, just as their timeline had projected.
