"Response time was excellent (service was performed on the same day that I called). Diagnostic fee of $99 before any work was done. Technician was knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. I would hire again but keep in mind that these calls are expensive. I could purchase a yearly Service Agreement but this is just a form of insurance so you take a chance that you may or may not need one."

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
