However, there were a few items that were missed â  one in our original sales call, and one after realizing that one of the double-hung windows couldn't be properly locked. The company responded by sending out a second installer team and John and Rich did an amazing job of installing the window lifts we should have gotten with our order, fixing the lock problem on the double-hung window, and smoothing out a few finishing issues on some of the other windows.
