The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.

"Shane and Chris did a fantastic job with my old rotten kitchen floor. It ended up being a bigger job than expected, but they handled it well. They rebuilt the old floor from the ground up. New floor joist, subfloor and jacked the old floor back up to level with the new floor they installed. They installed new lanoleum flooring and a badly needed ceiling fan with lights. They did a great job connecting the old kitchen to the new."
