My home is a 1927 Craftsman that needed quite a bit of work. I hired Harold based on his honesty and responsiveness in helping me evaluate the first property. True to form, his estimate and ultimate cost to repaint the entire interior, repair and sheetrock floors and ceilings, refinish and replace hardwood floors, completely remodel a bathroom, rewire and install light fixtures, match original woodworking, install cabinetry, windows, and appliances, and even assist with installing new furniture, were more than reasonable. Better yet, the quality of his work was of the highest caliber. He has restored and improved a lovely home, and I am so thankful! I have to say that most of all, I am so happy with Harold's professionalism and diligence. Not every contractor is known for staying on the job and completing it on time.
