"Excellent!! Brandon was very patient and kind explaining new units and helping us make a decision. He said we could call him anytime, which we have done. He always answers promptly and politely. He even made an extra trip to provide temporary fans and another trip to help us with the thermostat. The installers were timely and swept after they completed the job. We have no complaints. Highly recommend!!"

"I had Basilio de Jesus service and my air conditioner - he was amazing. Very thorough and kind. Great customer service!"

"Their team installed my new AC for my family in Winter Garden FL and did a great job. Was efficient, clean, and super courteous. I had some questions about pricing and scheduling since we had never replaced a unit before and the manager was willing to talk me through the whole process with transparency. And the best part is my babies are able to sleep peacefully upstairs in their cool rooms!"

"My AC was leaking through downstairs ceiling. Was hoping for repair, but it was an old unit. More economic to replace it. The company was awesome they came same day early and replaced the unit the same day! They did a great job! Will use them for yearly service. Also liked receiving a picture of who was coming. All were very professional."

"It was TOP-NOCH Service It was all done quickly and efficiently great deal for all the work that was done. Highly recommend if you want the best bargain for the best service."

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"They came to the house 30 minutes after calling about a broken air-conditioner. This was about 7:00 in the evening. He was able to find the problem and repair it in approximately an hour. I was very relieved that they could fix it, without replacing the compressor. Great service and very professional. I feel the price was fair for an evening service call. Thank you Jason Daniels.
