"It went very smoothly. They were very professional. They covered everything to make sure that nothing got in my carpet or floor, they took the blinds down and then put them back up. They cleaned up everything and there was nothing that I had to do when they left. I highly recommend them as they are helpful and really work with what is needed. "Original aluminum windows had mostly lost their seals and were fogged. Heard about Dave so approached him to to replace a few of the worst windows, but after seeing the advantages of new windows and the reasonable cost (Renewal by Anderson quoted me over $50,000!) we decide to do all the windows. We had to order some custom windows due to the curved tops but they still were delivered by Alside within about 4 weeks and installation was schedule almost immediately. The install crew showed up on time and did a great job. Took their time to take out the old and install the new and finished in 2 days. I was very impressed with the crew! I especially liked that they had worked long term with Dave and when he stopped by to check on the status they obviously had a friendly relationship. New windows look great!"

"My insurance agent recommended Mister Glass to me when I complained about the cost of window replacement in my recently purchased home.  I had already received two very similar quotes on the glass only for the house and a large bay window in the back of the home.  Addison with Mister Glass came out and measured all of my windows and talked about some of my options.  After receiving a much lower quote from Mister Glass a couple of days later, we decided to have Addison out to talk to us about upgrading our current glass (bronze colored) to Low-E.  The quote, again, was so reasonable that we had Mister Glass quote replacing the entire storefront systems and replacing them with a matte white mullion.  We're doing the project in phases and Mister Glass came out to triple check measurement on a new back door and side light that they're installing next week.  Everyone there is super friendly and have been helpful.  I'm actually really looking forward to updating this review after the install next week.   <br />"

"Mark came out and brought some samples that he actually applied to my window for me to select from.  They measured the windows that I wanted to do and gave me an estimate on the spot.  They were polite, professional, knowledgeable and were not aggressive.  I took a few days to decide and in the meantime decided to add some more windows to the order.  I kept changing my mind on what windows to do and Mark was always helpful and willing to reprice and do what I wanted.  He was very flexible with my needs even though it caused him more trouble in regards to getting the material and scheduling his installers. The installers Brad and Jim were great.  Very clean, courteous, and professional.  They both had a lot of experience in applying films and did a great job.  They worked around the window treatments with no problems and worked quickly and steadily all day.  The installers realized they were a little short on film and Mark made a special trip out to my house with more film so the job could be finished the same day.  Part of the shortage was due to a mistake on my part and we agreed on a modified price that was very fair to me and the whole time Mark was pleasant and worked to make sure that I was happy. The job looks great.  So good in fact, that my wife who was very hesitant to have film installed has agreed that we should have them come back out and do the rest of the house.  This will be a total of somewhere around 800 or 900 square feet of windows. Very pleased with the company, the work, and the Vista product."
