"I called All Rooter shortly after 8:00 am and was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to talk to an answering machine. I explained my problem and a repairman came out shortly after noon on that same day. The service technician opened my septic tank hoping to snake it from that direction back to the house. Unfortunately, the drain pipe into the septic was in a location that was hard to access. The gentleman had to pull the toilet and snake from the house to the septic. He was very careful not to make a mess or scratch anything with his equipment. After the clog had been cleared, he had me turn on the faucets while he went back out to the septic to make sure that the water was flowing freely. He did an excellent job of scraping off the old toilet ring off before replacing it with a new one so that it would seal properly. After re-installing the toilet, he closed and covered up the septic tank. Everything is working smoothly again and I am very impressed with the service rendered by All Rooter."
